Availability and bookings for Dufton Barn Holidays
Select the property you want to book below and then choose the month and click on the date you’d like to arrive, then select the length of your stay to see prices and start booking your holiday! For an overview of our pricing for both properties select the Tariff tab in the Information section.
Payment for both properties is accepted by BACS or credit card. We recommend you take out UK travel insurance in the event that you are unable to travel to us for any reason. Please check out our cancellation policy prior to making your booking for details of our refund policy in the event you have to cancel.

Shepherds View is our 5 Star Gold holiday cottage for 2 and is available to book for a minimum of 3 nights up to a maximum of 2 weeks, depending on the time of year. You can also bring along 1 well behaved small/medium sized dog – please see our doggy rules to ensure your dog will enjoy its stay.
Our standard change days are Friday and Monday, allowing for bookings of 3, 4 or 7 nights or combination of these for longer stays. Please contact us direct for any specific requests, as we may be able to accommodate alternate start dates and lengths of stay, including 2 night stays.

Check-in is from 4pm on your day of arrival with check-out by 10am on your day of departure.
Please note that the property is strictly no-smoking or vaping throughout
The Pennine Potting Shed is our walkers accommodation and is available to book on a nightly basis for up to 3 people and 1 small/medium sized well behaved dog – please see our doggy rules to ensure your dog will enjoy its stay.
Please see availability and pricing below. Pricing is based on the number of people staying as bedlinen is provided. A deposit of 25% is required when you book.
Continental breakfast is included in the price (first night only), and the option of 1 dog can be added if required at the time of booking.
Check-in is from 4pm on your day of arrival with check-out by 10am on your day of departure. Please be aware there is no parking for this property due to its location. There is plenty of street parking close by in the village.
