The flooring throughout the property is luxurious porcelain ceramic tiles and for the extra luxury you deserve, your accommodation has under floor heating, LED Smart TV, Netflix, Bose sound bar and Wi-Fi, making it the perfect place to relax, kick off your boots and unwind.

The well equipped kitchen is located off the hallway downstairs, offering views over the field, where you can regularly witness spectacular sunsets all year around.  Also downstairs you have access to a large utility/storage room where you can store your bikes, clean your boots and top up with logs.

There is also a garden available for guests private use.  Please note this is not connected to the property and is reached by a short flight of stone steps.  You will find tables and chairs, plus recliners, available for your use here.

The Barn was built in 1882 and was specifically converted in 2018 with holiday guests in mind, the original beams still being in place in the roof, and the beautiful red Lazonby sandstone, renowned in these Eden villages, providing thick walls to give cosy protection against the Helm Wind whenever it blows. Located in a secluded position at the end of Dufton Village, the property has uninterrupted views of the highest point on the Pennines, Cross Fell.
