Availability and bookings for Dufton Barn Holidays
Select the property you want to book below and then choose the month and click on the date you’d like to arrive, then select the length of your stay to see prices and start booking your holiday! For an overview of our pricing for both properties select the Tariff tab in the Information section.
Payment for both properties is accepted by BACS or credit card. Please check out our cancellation policy prior to making your booking. We also recommend you take out UK travel insurance in the event that you are unable to travel.

Shepherds View is our 5 Star Gold holiday cottage for 2 and is available to book for a minimum of 3 nights up to a maximum of 2 weeks, depending on the time of year (sorry no pets)
Short breaks of 3 or more nights are available from November to the end of March, with bookings of 4 or more nights for dates between April and October.
Please see availability and pricing above. A deposit of 30% is required when you book.
Check-in is from 4pm on your day of arrival with check-out by 10am on your day of departure.
Please note that the property is strictly no-smoking or vaping throughout and we are unable to accept pets due to the open plan layout of the barn.
The Pennine Potting Shed is our walkers accommodation and is available to book on a nightly basis for up to 3 people and 1 well behaved dog.
Please see availability and pricing below. Pricing is based on the number of people staying as bedlinen is provided. A deposit of £20 is required when you book.
A substantial continental breakfast/packed lunch option are available for an additional price and can be added at the time of booking, as well as the option of 1 dog if required.
Check-in is from 3.30pm on your day of arrival with check-out by 9.30am on your day of departure. Please be aware there is no parking for this property due to its location. There is plenty of street parking close by in the village.
